ATEM CAMERA CONVERTER

Blackmagic Design's ATEM Camera Converter extends the range of SDI / HDMI up to 45km via an optical cable. You can connect your camcorder with SDI / HDMI input to convert to optical signal. Optical inputs can be connected to the switch feed programmer to convert to SDI / HDMI output for monitoring. In addition, SDI / HDMI output can be switched between program and camera input for monitoring.

Optical inputs can be connected to the switch feed programmer to convert to SDI / HDMI output for monitoring. In addition, SDI / HDMI output can be switched between program and camera input for monitoring.

With a built-in battery, the ATEM Camera Converter can be used in remote locations where the camera is located in remote locations. The talkback feature allows the switcher to collaborate with the camcorder operator via a PC headset or iPhone compatible headset. By dipping the sound into channels 15 and 16 on the optical fiber video output of the camcorder, the Talkback function will retrieve signals from channels 15 and 16 on the optical fiber input to the headphone.
Using 12V power connector, ATEM Camera Converter can connect to any power source or car battery. By connecting the output of the switcher to the ATEM Camera Converter via an optical port, the two tally LEDs on the camera converter will light up using the tally standard open in the SDI output. You can select the camcorder number using the USA software or the numeric keypad for the camera on the keyboard. In addition, you can watch the red tally on the screen by connecting to an external monitor via HDMI / SDI output.
With a belt clip, the camera converter can be attached to the belt for movement. With the help of the camera mount, ATEM Camera Converter can be mounted on a tripod. In addition, the camera converter is equipped with a microphone input port.
Made from an aluminum alloy dedicated to aircraft, ATEM Camera Converter can withstand crashes without cracking. The integrated pad button allows you to control power, microphone volume, talkback, video and battery indicators. You can update the firmware for the converter via USD port. The camera converter can be used for applications such as concerts, sporting events, theaters, churches, monitors, or any event that requires a remote location.
